1. Minimal stays:
In most cases the minimal stays are of two nights along the whole year, except for long weekends, festivities (seven nights) and Summer high season (seven nights). Lodging may be used as of 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is before 12:00 am, except in case of a previous arrangement.
2. Prices:
The published prices may be altered without previous notice. By no means are more people allowed than the ones the lodging is prepared for. For the matter the owner may refuse admission to the lodging.
3. Payment:
Reservation is confirmed within a period of seven days, whenever there is a deposit of 25% to 50% of total price of stay, or of the total amount. It is the owner’s duty to send confirmation of the reservation. In any case, the full amount of stay must be paid before entering the lodging.
4. Cancelling reservations:
- More than 61 days before expected arrival date – 25% of total reservation amount;
- From 60 to 31 days before expected arrival date – 50% of total reservation amount;
- From 30 days until expected arrival date – 100% of total reservation amount.
5. Further conditions:
By making a reservation, the guest is responsible for declaring the correct number of people staying in the lodging (without omitting children), regardless of their age. We would like to warn that the owner may not allow entry to non-declared guests, without any right for complaint.
According to the rules of the lodging, the key shall be picked up before 10:00 pm, unless there is previous arrangement between parties. If the settled schedule is not respected, the guest may not sleep in the lodging the first night.
Lodgings may charge a caution at arrival, which will be returned in the end of the stay, provided no irregularities have occurred. The owner shall inform the guest of the amount of the caution upon arrival date.
6. Irregularities and deficiencies:
Irregularities and deficiencies the guest may find in the lodging should be communicated as soon as possible and always during the stay. All claims presented after leaving the lodging will not be attended due to lack of elementary criteria necessary to follow the legal channels.
